Church Description
Located at the corner of Gravel Ridge and Coral Roads, Cowden Lake Christian is an active and growing multi-age congregation tucked away in the country, in the "heart" of Montcalm county. Sometimes referred to as the "Little Church with a Big Heart". Join us for Sunday morning worship, with open Communion, followed by a coffee/cookie fellowship time. During the morning worship, the children are invited following the morning "Meet and Greet" to go out with their "Leaders" to "Kids Own Worship". At Cowden Lake we believe that Children can worship Christ also!!
Cowden Lake has an active Youth Group, open to any youth (do not have to attend CLCC) ages 6th - 12th grades. The Youth have assisted at VBS, attended many "Acquire the Fire" events, and gone on two Mission trips to New Orleans to help re-build after Katrina. They also participate every year in doing a "Fast that Last's" to help raise funds for people around the world who go hungry, including those locally. - Call Julie for more info: 616-560-6131.
Cowden Lake Christian also has a NA group that meets on Mondays, at 11:30 a.m.;
AA/NA on Friday's at 7:00 p.m.;
AA/NA on Saturday at 10:00 a.m.
