More efficient smaller board of 18

At the called Regional Assembly held June 4, 2011 the revision to the Constitution and By-Laws was accepted. The change will enable the work of the Region to be done more efficiently with the smaller board made up of eighteen people. Thanks to the committee for the hard work that was done to complete the task.
