2023 Regional Assembly

We come together to celebrate our ministry of the CCMR through worship, a shared meal, business and communion. We also know that there are those who would like to attend but an early morning drive may not be feasible. We invite you to come early and stay at Cystal Conference Center Friday and/or Saturday night. Cost for room and meals are below.

Who must Register: Everyone (even those under the age of 5) attending Regional Assembly at Crystal MUST register. Please complete a separate registration form for each person. An accurate count is necessary for both meals and the business meeting quorum.

Cost: $35.00 pp with lunch included
$23.00 pp by Zoom (registration price reflects cost of no meal)
Time: Saturday: Check in starting at 10:00 am
Schedule: Worship/Keynote speaker at 11:00 AM
Lunch: Noon
Business Session from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm

Housing options are available for those who would like to stay at Crystal on Friday, May 19th and/or Saturday May 20th. Dorms and Family Room cost are per person/per night. The Couples Room is the same ($50.00 per night) even if a single person requests one, and one is available. For the dorms, everyone will be able to have a bottom bunk unless the top is preferred. You do not need to make a decision on the form. RV Parking is also available, 35′ max.

Friday Evening Meal: Eat on the way or bring your own campfire food
Fire and S’mores provided along with music and conversation
Lodging and Meals Free for children under the age of five.

Single Bunk in Dorm (Pines/Birches) $25.00 a person/per night
Couples Room (Cedar Lodge) The Couples Room is the same ($50.00 per night) even is a single person requests one, and one is available.
Family Room for 3-5 (Beeches) $25.00 a person/per night
RV Parking – 35′ max: $27.00 per night

Saturday Meals: Five and under eat free
Breakfast: 12 yrs. of age and over: $10.00 pp
Breakfast: Children 6-11 yrs. of age: $7.00 pp
Lunch: Included in registration
Lunch: age 12 and over: $12.00 (attending and not paying a registration fee, youth/teen)
Lunch: Children: 6 -11 yrs. of age: 8.00
Dinner: age 12 and over: $14.50 pp
Dinner Children 6-11 yrs. of age: $10.00 pp
Sunday Meal:
Light Sunday Breakfast: $5.00 pp
